Grown up on the Wirral (across the Mersey from Liverpool), UK. Age: 19. Now studying Popular Music Studies at Liverpool John Moores University. Welsh on my dad's side and Chinese on my mother's side. Always had a love of speed.. My first memory of cars is sitting on a booster seat, in the passenger seat of my dad's old Rover Vitesse, doing over 100mph down a tree-lined 1km straight road a few kms from our place. Used to be a sprinter, but only ever as an amateur. Didn't even have starting blocks! Got to 24.0 in the 200m, aged 15 in a county competition. Not too bad for 5'9 and 59kgs! Have been hit n' miss with some sports.. But driving feels quite natural to a degree and it's such a great feeling when four wheel drifting my car (Perhaps that's helped by having watched F1 passionately since mid 1996). Though a 1.2lt Fiat Punto Grande hardly gets above 110mph, it handles like a charm right up to 85~. I have passed an Enzo though.. (Which I'll always boast just for a little joke. Doing 80mph on a fast road I knew very well (the 'Masta' approximate section of Spa II, see below).. it was probably still in 2nd gear! Driver was just enjoying the ride though, as anyone would in such a fab car . No problem for me to safely pass by at 85.)

My only wish is that I could have started driving in some form of motorsports properly as a youngster  Seeing pro drivers properly in action.. Truly amazing stuff!

What is your racing background (real world racing, sim racing, etc.)?
Found GPL properly in mid 2006. Should have found it earlier, around release time but for the silly reviews the sim got and I followed (as I was naive and 9). GP2-4 and the playstation F1/indy games were fun but don't cut sim-mustard. Came online after having the odd bit of fun in getting a 'negative rank' in mid 2007 and found a crazy sim-racing world! Member of iRacing since mid 2008. Fun times!

What was your most memorable racing experience?
Winning an oAo D1 race, and the D2 championship. Driving a kart, which I've done 3 times; once being at Langkawi International Circuit, Malaysia. Doing my first 1:26 at Monza in GPL, and under 1:03.5 at the Glen! Going all green :) Seeing the 2004 British Grand Prix from Stowe corner!

What are your favorite race cars?
GPL 67s! Lotus 49, Shadow DN5.. Currently: Radical SR8 ;)

What are your favorite race tracks?
Solitude! Currently: iRacing's perfect Watkins Glen.. My fictional "Spa II" course, which includes my house as the house near "La Carriere"... (The course diagram is eerily similar to the old Spa!)
